Lookup editor does not refresh automatically after copy and pasting

We have lookup editor 3.4.6 on Splunk 7.2.6 distributed architecture.

While editing KV store lookup by typing manually, it reflects the live result, but while we copy and paste the result in the editor mode, it shows the result only after refresh. Till we refresh, it will just show empty cells.

Any guidance, please.
