Is there a way to provide user credentials in website monitoring apps provided by Splunk?

What the app provide is- enter URL and proxy details if needed, and it starts monitoring the URL without asking for user credentials.
Were in our case we need to monitor it for a specific user.

This is not supported in the current version of the app.

I might be able to support this if HTTP digest authentication is supported by the website. HTTP forms authentication is much more tricky though,
