Is Splunk Stream compatible with a 2003 and 2008 Windows Server?

Does anyone know if Splunk Stream is compatible with a 2003 and 2008 Windows Server? I want to install Stream on a 2003 and 2008 server to collect LDAP activity for troubleshooting.
