In Splunk Dashboard Examples, how do I use Custom Decorations to implement a progress bar?

I was using Custom Decorations from the Splunk Dashboard Examples.

Is there a way to implement a progress bar when I change a value in my filter, because what happens is there is no indicator that the search is still loading, It will just update the value once the search is done.
