How to troubleshoot Citrix Netscaler Appflow App

Hello,

I'm running Splunk 4.2.3 and The Citrix Netscaler AppFlow 4.6 and am not getting any data. I noticed that the port that's opened is wrong, udp 514 instead of udp 4739. I opened that port, but am still unable to receive data and I have confirmed that the data is getting sent and received by the servers (using tcpdump). Is there something else I'm missing?

There was a bug in the app v4.6 that caused the appflow collector to not be able to receive data. Please try to download the latest version of the app, and see if that will solve your problem.
