How to restrict modification access to lookup editor?

Hey Splunkers!

I have a dashboard, in which on every drill down, a button appears and that navigate the user to the lookup editor. So just like thi, i have 5 drilldown, that is in my top panel, there are 5 tiles, on each tile click the button lookup editor appears.

Now is it possible, to restrict the user, like User A will have access only to Lookup1.csv, User B to Lookup2.csv like wise?
