How to make sure that addon is available to submit

I'm using AppInspect API for validation of my add-on. I can't find any information about the status checks explanation. I mean I know, that I can submit addon with warnings, but can't with errors.

My question is: what means "status: failure", can I submit addon with this status and maybe any links with an explanation of status value in response.

Do you want your apps being published in Splunkbase or do you want your apps being installed in Splunk Cloud?
