How to intergrate with Delphix?

Our client would like to integrate with Delphix and they think that HEC is the proper way.

Does anybody have any experience with this sort of integration?

Always use HEC if you can!

To my question - Why HEC is so good? he said -

So many reasons!

  1. Push instead of pull means it's lighter on resources for your customers and less prone to breaking.
  2. Easier to configure
  3. scales nicely
  4. No agent to administrate/update
  5. Usually you can get away with sending an event directly, meaning your Splunk servers don't have to do parsing, line breaking, etc
  6. Standard in industry, exists almost everywhere

You can refer the below link to integrate Splunk with Delphix.

And also, you can use Delphix application to represent your data.
