How to add certificate to website monitoring app to access a url?

Hi

I added a url to the website monitoring app but the url needs a certificate to be added. 
I did not see an option to add the certificate to the app and it is not giving me any response code when I try to hit the endpoint.
Let me know how can I add the certificate to the app.
