How do I create a report that shows user web surfing activity broken down by day?

I need a report that shows all the web sites a user has visited and the timestamp for them. I would like to be able to filter out any site activity that occurred behind the scenes, so that just the sites entered by the user are displayed. And have this broken down by day.
