How do I Browse More Apps on Splunk Enterprise- Receiving error

 Hi, I was trying to see Browse More Apps in Splunk Enterprise and they are not showing me giving the error "Service Unavailable".
We have the proxy configured in server.conf
[proxyConfig] http_proxy=http://xxx:8080 https_proxy=http://xxx:8080 Can you help?

Hi @sreis,

it seems that the proxy configuration isn't correct, supposing that it's correct, maybe there is some limitation in firewall rules between Splunk and proxy, can you open a telnet session from the Splunk server to the proxy?

Obviously, as you well know, you can solve this downloading the apps on your workstation and uploading them by browser.
