I am trying to create my splunk app in spanish language but it is not working
Steps followed:
1) created a es_MX -->LC_MESSAGES-->added messages.mo and messages.po for spanish maxico language using po editor.
in path (Splunk\Python-2.7\Lib\site-packages\splunk\appserver\mrsparkle\locale)
2) even created a local folder in the particular app es_MX -->LC_MESSAGES-->added messages.mo and messages.po for spanish maxico language using po editor.
But the URL is not changing. it is coming with localhost:8000/en-US
if i change it to localhost:8000/es-MX it is loading the login page but when i log in the url again changes back to en-US.
when i try for my local app in splunk by changing the url it error out.
Please let me know how to solve this issue.

I assume you found a solution by now, but for anyone still having this, try changing your browser's language (to mexican spanish in your case) as this is what splunk uses to know which locale to give you.
