Hiding multiple select field on the basis of previous Dropdown value?

Hello Folks,

I building an add-on. There I am using a multipleselect field at the input whose value should depend on another dropdown field. 

What exactly I want is, I want to hide multipleselect field. This field should only be visible according to the previous dropdown value. Is there any way that we can do this in globalConfig.json file.
