Reading the github site https://github.com/splunk/attack_range it looks like only AWS is supported and Vagrant support has been removed to run locally in virtual environments. The following page has been removed with instructions on running locally (https://github.com/splunk/attack_range_local/)

Hey yeah we have been looking at adding support specifically to run things locally using docker and or ESXi but going forward we will likely deprecate local support all together. Today the code has been moved to https://github.com/splunk/attack_range_local/
