Errors trying to show audit reports using Splunk Support for Active Directory app

Hello:

I deploy the Active Directory app in windows, but when i tried to show the Audit reports the platform show me a next errors:
ldapsearch returned error code 1 and java.lang.nullpointerexception null.

I checked all answers in splunk answers, but i dont have idea what is the real form to fix this error.

I probe with this SSL true and false options, but dont run correctly.

Important: Other operations and Change Mgmt panels run correctly.
