I am trying to use the Splunk TA for Service Now. I am now getting an error when I try to configure the application through the UI. When I click "Configure .. Account Setup" or I click "Configure... Data Inputs" I get this error.
Unexpected error "" from python handler: "'module' object has no attribute 'Popen'". See splunkd.log for more details.
When I look I see these messages, they seem to be related to ITSI and not Service Now. I used index=_internal sourcetype=splunkd popen
and get events like this:
03-06-2018 09:56:38.894 -0600 ERROR ExecProcessor - message from "python "C:\Program Files\Splunk\etc\apps\SA-ITOA\bin\itsi_consumer.py"" AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'Popen'
Not sure how to troubleshoot. the SNOw TA was working a month or two back when I was testing.
