Error message while creating bulk action for search on two separate inputs

I am trying to create bulk action for below search on two separate inputs and failed at the end.
Execute on each individual input is working fine. Not sure if it has anything to do with source type? Any help is appreciated.
I'm on the latest db connect.
Error message below:
