Does the Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange require its own license?

We currently have an Enterprise license, and I'm looking to configure the Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange, but after the 60 day free trial is up does it require an additional license purchase? When i try to delete the 60 day free trial license the app is no longer usable.

Yes, the Splunk App for Microsoft Exchange requires a license purchase in addition to the purchase of the Splunk Enterprise license.
