It's under Certification path - SE I 6.3 Cert STEP 3 Splunk Demo - Certification - SE I 6.3 Demo Package - Certification - SE I 6.3 - SPL for bLeaf

Follow these steps to download the bLeaf demo (for contracted partners only)
1) Log into the partner portal
2) Click Certification
3) Click the Splunk Certified Sales Engineer I link
4) Expand V 6.3 Certification Path
5) Expand SE I 6.3 Cert Step 3B Splunk Demo
6) Expand Certification SE I 6.3 Demo Package
