We are interested in using the pantag and panuserupdate commands in our environment. We are running in a hosted cloud environment, and have a Heavy Forwarder with the Add-on installed. We are having trouble getting the search commands to connect to the firewalls correctly. I am not seeing any particularly relevant information on how to get this working in a cloud environment.
