To use slackit, you'll need to have a Incoming WebHooks on slack (at the bottom section of this page: https://slack.com/integrations),
once enabled, you'll get a url like: https://hooks.slack.com/services/T02AWXRQF/C056PBT9C/uVB7v1vol3463jEdkXAF5EeB
and paste this into url in slack.conf.

an example slack.conf will be:

url = https://hooks.slack.com/services/T02AWXRQF/C056PBT9C/uVB7v1vol3463jEdkXAF5EeB
username = splunk
channel = #devops
icon = https://www.splunk.com/content/dam/splunk2/images/icons/favicons/mstile-150x150.png
