Does The New "Check Point App for Splunk" App Works With a Windows installed Splunk?

I'm wondering if the "Check Point App for Splunk" app works on a Windows installed Splunk instance. The old OPSEC LEA wasn't a possibility before, has the new Log Exporter app been tested on the Windows Splunk instance?

Also wondering what would be the best apps to use for a Windows installed Splunk instance to receive logs from the Check Points.

This new app should work fine on a Windows Splunk environment, since there isn't a OS dependent mechanism to collect the data like there was using OPSEC LEA.
