Disable "configure application" popup in Unix app?

Hi everyone. We are using the splunk App for Unix, and are deploying out the application to numerous search heads. Whenever it gets deployed we still receive a popup window asking for configuration, despite the app already being configured. How can we disable this?

There is a setting in app.conf. In the local/app.conf file, set this, and then deploy the App:
