DBX Upgrade from v2.2.0 to v3.1.2

I have several HFs running old versions of DBX that I need to upgrade. They are currently on v2.2.0. The docs say I need to first upgrade to 2.4.0, and then to 3.1.2. I only see 2.4.1 available on Splunkbase. Am I correct in assuming I can go from 2.2.0 -> 2.4.1 -> 3.1.2?

Yes You can first upgrade to 2.4.1 and then follow this steps in Idoc refer Migrate DB Connect 2 to DB Connect 3 on a single instance
