Customize map with states Mexico

I want to customize the map visualization with states Mexico divided in zones. For example:
CDMX - Centre
Tlaxcala - Centre
Chiapas - Sourth
Oaxaca - Sourth
Sinaloa - North
Others.

It is possible ?
