Connect to netcool Omnibus using db connect

I'm trying to connect to Netcool Omnibus DB using DB connect app, anyone has done it?

Hi.
I have the same question. When I try connect Netcool Omnibus DB using DB have a error. Omnibus DB need encrypted pass and data (segurity 13). For encrypted we have try change to ORACLE JRE but is not supported.
