I encountered a problem when opening the Microsoft O365 Email Add-on for Splunk. It is developer supported but the developer didn't reply.
When I open the add-on, it keeps loading forever. It is the same for all three tabs, Inputs, Configurations, and Search.
I have tested the add-on on a on-premises Splunk and it worked perfectly. Is it a problem specific to Splunk Cloud? What could we do solve this problem? Thank you.
