Can we use the SAP Solman TA without ITSI?

We have a Splunk Enterprise instance that we would like to integrate with SAP Solman using this addon.

As we do not have ITSI, will the addon still be able to fetch the events and index them?

To achieve this did you procure a separate license for Solman integration with Splunk.

Hello Karan,

Yes, you can use this TA without ITSI.

All metrics are stored in metric index, but you have to create index before.
Be aware, that metadata from SAP SolMan are stored in Splunk KV store.
