Can the IMAP Mailbox app be used to access a delegated mailbox?

Hello,

Can the IMAP Mailbox be used to access a delegated mailbox? For instance, I use my login to access a delegated account. I would like to be able to configure the IMAP Mailbox app to use my credentials to access this mailbox if possible.

I was able to solve it by using the format below to specify the delegate mailbox as part of the user name.

Example: user = username@domain.com\Mailbox

Use the following user format Username@DomainName\MailboxAlias

In case of Office 365 MailboxAlias is a local part (no domain and no ‘@’) of the full email address (“Email address” input on “new shared mailbox” screen).
