Can the Bloodhound app be used in a cluster enviroment?

If search head #1 has the bloodhound app will it see users who logged into search head #2 and #3?

In a search head cluster, the configuration is shared (and should be identical) across all search head cluster members. Thus, any app installed on a cluster member will be replicated to the others.

I understand the search artifacts are replicated, but I also understand I should keep SHC apps consistent. So, to deploy this on all the SHs from the Deployer, or no?
