CLI Utilities for Hadoop Connect App

My company recently has built a Hadoop Cloudera cluster build: 2.0.0-cdh4.1.2. I am using Splunk 5.0 on a Windows Server 2003. I have installed the Hadoop Connect app and Java 6u27.

Has anyone had success in finding the install for the CLI for Hadoop Cloudera that will work on a Splunk Hadoop Connect that runs on a Windows platform?

Splunk Hadoop Connect does not run on Windows; from the system requirements in the documentation, it "runs on any *nix platform on which both Splunk and Hadoop File System Command-Line Interface (Hadoop CLI) run."
