Atlassian JIRA Issue Alerts add-on for Splunk

Hello all,

I'm currently working to automate alerts from Splunk to Jira utilizing the Atlassian JIRA Issue Alerts add-on for Splunk. We are running into the error "Unexpected error: No priority in meta." despite setting various priorities like P2 and P3. Any guidance here is greatly appreciated!
