Assistance with pygeoip package troubleshooting

I am getting the following error when I try to install pygeoip package needed to support google maps app.

Can someone assist with troubleshooting guidelines.

I'm the maintainer of pygeoip and I can see you are running Python 2.4. pygeoip support Python 2.5 - 3.3, is it possible for you to upgrade your Python version?
