Alert Manager - Frequent "no results found" displayed in Alert Results panel

We're running Alert Manager v2.2.2 and Add-On v2.1.1. We frequently have an issue were when someone clicks on an alert/incident on the Alert Manager dashboard to preview the Alert Results, the app will respond will "No Results Found". However, if you click on the magnifying glass a new tab will pop up that runs the search which alt textcontains the results of the triggered alert.
