Hi Team
We are unable to get the alert emails even when the events matching the alert condition is present in splunk cloud. It was working till 2 days before. This issue is only for alerts configured recently(3 weeks back). Others we are getting the emails.
Please help how we can resolve or whom to contact for Splunk cloud.
