I think I found my issue. I had installed Splunk form the App Store after which I would receive a sign-on failure error. I then tried installing Splunk from my companies EMM App store. After installing from the EMM App store I received the "Network Unavailable" error and would continue to receive that error even if it uninstalled the application and reinstalled from Apples App Store. To cure this issue two things where done:
We had our Splunk admin install the Mobile App add-on to our environment.
Deleted the app and its cache from my iPhone and then reinstalled from the Apple App Store.
After doing this I was able to connect the mobile app to our Splunk environment. We still have an issue with the EMM version but for now I am working with the regular App Store install.
