I struggled with the same issue and it turns out that while developing you can't view the real values. I just checked this with an app where I passed a password parameter as data to a request in development mode and once after publishing the app: The first attempt shows the still encrypted value being passed to the function and after deploying, the decrypted value gets passed. Long story short: To get the decrypted value you first need to deploy the app (I think)

I'm currently building an app with Splunk SOAR and somehow the upload functionality for wheel files seems to be broken. I tested with Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer all with the same result: As you can see, there is no "Upload" button or any field to drop the wheel file. My Splunk SOAR version is: 5.2.1.78411

Hello, I'm currently creating a Python script which takes a Splunk Phantom Case as input and creates an Incident Response report from the data within the case. One part is to download screenshots which are added as files to the case. Is there a way to get the content of those files? I'm currently using https://phantomurl/rest/vault_document/<id_of_document> but this contains only general data about the file but not the file itsself. I realised that you could use https://phantoumurl/view?id=<id_of_document> but that's not really "REST" and also the authentication does not work the same way as with the REST API. So long story short: How can I download files from Phantom via REST API if I know their document_id? Thanks! Mario
