Can I control which y-axis is on the left and which is on the right?

for instance in the below can i have percent on the left and the 2million axis on the right? Does it have to do with the order of the columns/fields from the search?

The overlay variable goes on the right and the other on the left. Don't think this has to do with the order of the calculations in the search. See this
