403 Forbidden - unable to post questions in Splunk community ..My data is masked , but still why am I not allowed to post questions.

My name is Yeasuh and I am a Community Specialist with Splunk. Is there any stray code or mark-up in your post? Sometimes HTML markup can hide on text that folks copy paste maybe could be triggering the block?
