how to open a splunk to use ? and what is the command to use to know the device ip adress ?

Can you please share more Information about it? Like where you installed splunk and so on..

with default configuration splunk will open with below url. This will show you login page of Splunk.

http://<<splunkserver>>:8000

OR

https://<<splunkserver>>:8000
