Push configs from deployer to Search heads

Hi Team,

I have created a lookup and KV store in the deployer, when I execute the below bundle push command, the lookups and kvstore are not getting pushed to search heads.

./splunk apply shcluster-bundle -target https://IP:8089 -auth admin:password
