Kubernetes/Rancher Health Checks in Splunk

Is it possible to send over Kubernetes/Racher/RKE health statuses/checks over to Splunk to create some kind of dashboard for visualization. We have utilized the fluentd feature to send over logs to splunk but we'd also like to create a dashboard to show the health status of the clusters and services.
