How to create a drilldown that searches for the timezone displayed by the Timechart command?

I want to create a drilldown that searches for the timezone displayed by the Timechart command.
How should I create the time range specification for the drilldown setting item?

Timechart will be using the standard _time field which is an epoch time i.e. UTC - visualisations might use your local timezone to display times.

Please can you explain how you are trying to use timezone in your drilldown?
