I want to hide the "advanced" dropdown label in the navbar for a role. Is there any option without using css?

I believe the best option is not to change the structure of Splunk itself, but to assign the minimum capability proper roles to people so they can't modify unwanted configurations.

What do you mean by "advanced" dropdown label? Do you mean by settings dropdown?
