How to change UI based on OnPrem or onCloud app installation?

Hello Team,

I am building splunk add-on app. I want to show a few fields based on Cloud or OnPrem installation. 

As example

If my add-on installs on cloud instance then It should show username and password fields but if I install on onPrem then it should show email and password.

Can you please guide how we can make it possible?
