How can I update .conf files in splunk cloud

if I provisioned Splunk cloud instance which is managed by Splunk team . Do I still have the backend access of the server . If no what is the proce

Hi @Siddharth,

You will not have backend access. A lot of administrative tasks can be done using the Splunk REST API, otherwise you have to open a support ticket. You can see more details below;
