Unable to access Splunk Cloud access login failed error message

Hello team,

 

my Splunk cloud free instance has been locked out can you help me reset my password.

For anyone facing this issue:

  • If you have access to your customer portal, go to the 'Instances" panel.
  • From there you should see a "Reset password" button. Hit that.
  • As the pop-up note warns you, the password reset email may take up to 10 minutes to arrive.
  • Good luck!
