How to resolve when an existing LDAP Strategy is not saving and displaying error "In handler 'LDAP-auth': strategy="EV ActiveDir" Error binding to LDAP. reason="Invalid credentials""?

Hi, we are using 6.4.0.

We have an existing LDAP strategy in place for while. When I went into the LDAP strategy and I hit the button SAVE (without changing anything). What I get back is this error:

Encountered the following error while trying to update: In handler 'LDAP-auth': strategy="EV ActiveDir" Error binding to LDAP. reason="Invalid credentials"

Because I can't save this I've have lost all my previous users.

How can I get all the users back?

Thanks,
Don

Please check your bind credentials in authentication.conf or via the GUI. This error is indicating that the username and password submitted when you clicked save is incorrect.
