Beginning July 16th, 2023 for Splunk Observability Cloud and July 24th, 2023 for Legacy Rigor Platform, we will be transitioning to new email server IP addresses for delivery of alert event email notifications. This is to improve the overall resiliency of email delivery.
Please be advised that any settings you may have in place that allows inbound email from Splunk Observability Cloud ( @signalfx.com ) and Legacy Rigor Platform ( @rigor.com ) must include the new IP addresses mentioned below to ensure email delivery. These settings may exist as allow/deny lists, firewall rules, etc, and may be configured and managed in your inbound email servers, within your email provider, and/or a third party tool like Proofpoint.
