Pass privileges from deactive user to active user In splunk cloud

I am using splunk cloud for my project, I want to pass on the privileges of a user (who 's I'd is not active anymore) to another active user. I want to be able to pass on all the alerts and dashboards to the active user. We got an alert for orphaned search, so want to rectify it. Also a lot of people come and go from the splunk environment so how can we pass the alerts and dashboards from deactive ID to an active id?
